In early 2026, I made the decision to step away from corporate America and a 15-year career to stay home with my two girls. While my professional career was taking a backseat, my drive, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit were not.​ I decided to channel that energy into something I had always loved—flowers. I began growing flowers in my backyard and selling hand-picked, garden-grown bouquets from a small roadside stand in my front yard. Named after my grandfather, who lovingly calls flowers “posies," The Posie Stand was born.

​As customers fell in love with the bouquets and I received such wonderful feedback, I quickly realized I wanted to take my passion for flowers even further. My entrepreneurial mind sparked again, and The Bloom Bar by The Posie Stand was born—an evolution of my roadside flower stand into a creative floral experience.
